At Once Orders: Normally At Once orders are shipped within 2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Stock is usually on hand of all products shown in our online catalog for immediate shipment. If stock is not available, we usually cancel the item and ask customer to reorder.
EXPRESS SHIPPING NOTES:
2nd Day Air- Estimated to arrive 2 business days after the day it ships out. Example: Ships on Monday, arrives on Wednesday. Ships on Friday, arrives on Tuesday and so forth.
SHORTAGES:
Shortages must be reported in writing within 10 business days from the date of delivery.
